Our product line currently includes heat shrink cable accessories, cold shrink cable accessories and pre-moulded cable accessories. Besides, we also supply power cable accessories especially made to your specific applications, such as telecom cable accessories, European standard separable connectors, American standard separable connectors and cable insulation products.
Our heat shrink cable accessories are made of cross-linked polyethylene, and they are extensively used for the jointing, connection and terminating of XLPE cables or PILC cables with voltage below 35KV due to the heating shrinkage property. These heat shrink cable accessories have several advantages over conventional cable accessories, including compact size, light weight, dependable safety and easy installation.
Cold shrink cable accessories are generally made of high grade materials such as silicone rubber and EPDM rubber, which are formed through injection molding and vulcanization processes before being expanded and lined with removable plastic inner support cores. Once the cold shrink tubing is positioned for installation, the inner support core is removed to allow the cable accessories to shrink into the installation position with the excellent resilience of rubber. Our cold shrink cable accessories are small in size, easy and simple to install without the need for special tools.
Pre-moulded cable accessories are made of silicone rubber or ethylene propylene rubber and pre-formed at the factory. To deal with concentration of stresses, our pre-moulded cable accessories utilize optimal geometric structure, i.e. stress cone. During the installation, the expansion of the elastic material generates a sufficient surface contact pressure.
